Community rules
Last updated 10 September 2026
These rules apply on the forum, in our Discord server and to your use of the software. They are part of the terms of service, written here in plain language so nobody has to read a contract to know where the line is. Where the two differ, the terms govern.
Accounts and access
- One account per person. A second account needs permission from staff. Ban evasion with a new account is treated as a fresh breach.
- Do not sell or trade an account. Accounts, subscription time and roles are personal and stay with the person they were issued to.
- Do not sell or trade invitations. Invitations are given to a person, not issued as goods. Selling one, auctioning one or advertising one for sale is prohibited, and both the seller and the buyer lose access.
- Keep your credentials to yourself. Sharing a login or a key with somebody else is sharing your subscription, and it ends the subscription for both of you.
The software
- Do not reverse engineer it. No decompiling, disassembling, deobfuscating, unpacking, memory dumping, debugging or tracing the loader, the client or the runtime.
- Do not crack it or use a crack. Making, using, hosting, advertising or sharing a cracked build, a keygen, a licence emulator or a hardware identifier spoofer is the most serious breach on this page.
- Do not leak it. Source, binaries, assets, internal documentation and anything from a private area of the forum stay here. Sharing them privately with one person still counts.
- Do not defeat the licensing. Bypassing authentication, hardware binding or integrity checks, or extending a subscription by any means other than paying for it.
The site and its infrastructure
- No unauthorised security testing. No scanning, probing, fuzzing, brute forcing, load testing or exploiting the forum, the API, the payment flow or the Discord bot. This holds whether or not you meant any harm.
- Report a vulnerability instead. Found something? Write privately to forum@lenec.ru first, give us time to fix it, and do not use it or publish it in the meantime. A report made that way in good faith is welcome and is never punished.
- No scraping. Do not automate mass downloading of the forum or of member data.
How you talk about us
- Do not spread false information. Do not state as fact something about the client or its operators that you know is untrue or have no reason to believe, such as claiming it contains malware or steals accounts when it does not, in a post, a video, a stream or anywhere else.
- Do not fabricate evidence. No forged screenshots, logs, chat transcripts, receipts or edited videos presented as real.
- Do not impersonate anyone. Do not present yourself as staff, as an authorised reseller or as another member, in any medium.
Honest criticism is fine. You can say the client is bad, compare it with a competitor, complain in public, post a negative review or make a video taking it apart, and none of that will cost you your account. What is prohibited is inventing facts and forging proof. Say what you actually think.
Conduct
- No harassment. No threats, no incitement to violence, no pile ons, and nothing aimed at a member's family.
- No doxxing. Do not publish personal information about another person without their consent.
- Nothing illegal. Do not post content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
- No advertising. No promoting a competing product, and no selling accounts, keys or invitations in our spaces without permission.
Payments
- Talk to us before your bank. If a payment is wrong, open a ticket. We would rather fix it directly, and we answer quickly.
- No chargebacks on delivered purchases. Disputing a purchase you received, instead of asking us, ends the account and the subscription. Your right to go to your bank still exists, and this rule does not remove it, but it is the last resort rather than the first.
What happens if you break a rule
Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before: a warning, content removed, a feature restricted, a role removed, a temporary suspension, a key revoked, the subscription ended, or the account terminated. Serious breaches are acted on immediately and without warning.
Having paid does not exempt you. If an account is terminated for breaking these rules, the remaining subscription time on it is forfeited and is not refunded. That is set out in section 14 of the terms.
If you think we got it wrong
A restricted account keeps access to a page that says so and gives you a way to reach us. Tell us what you think happened, at forum@lenec.ru or in the support channel on Discord, within 30 days. We look again, and if we were wrong we restore the account and the time on it.
