1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of onyxclient.cc and the software distributed through it. By registering an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person may not hold multiple accounts without permission from staff. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

3. Subscriptions and keys

Access to paid features is granted by redeeming a key, which adds a fixed number of days to your subscription. Keys are single use and are void once redeemed. A key obtained from anyone other than an authorised reseller may be revoked without refund. Subscription time is not transferable between accounts and is not paused for inactivity.

4. Refunds

Payments are handled on our separate storefront and are governed by the terms shown there. Redeemed subscription time is non refundable. Chargebacks result in permanent termination of the account and any remaining subscription.

5. Conduct

Do not post content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others, that advertises competing services without permission, or that is intended to harass another member. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the site or its infrastructure. Staff may edit, move or remove any content and may suspend accounts at their discretion.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to host and display it on the site. Removing your account does not oblige us to delete content that forms part of a discussion.

7. Availability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with any particular game version, or that the software will remain undetected by third party anti cheat systems. Use is at your own risk, including the risk of action taken against your game account by its operator.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where a breach is serious we may do so without notice and without refund of remaining subscription time.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
